"My experience with John very positive and I would definitely use him again for any further jobs.  Before booking, he answered all my questions, and even emailed me a copy of his insurance, something many contractors had told me they would do, but never followed through with- John sent me the email within the hour.  On the job John was very professional.  He listened to what I wanted done and painted everything in a very careful manner.  I had bought a deal for four hours of painting- as the time wound down, there were still some areas to be done.  John told me not to worry about the time, and that he was there until the job was finished, which he was.  The rooms looked great when he was done!  I also appreciated that John didn't pressure us to get any more work done that we had initially talked about.  We looked around and saw what else could be done, but he was very respectful of our budget and didn't leave us with any pressure. <br />"

We explained that we were going out of town soon and he managed to get the work done that day .when the two gentlemen arrived to repair our driveway they were very friendly and courteous they explained what had to be done and moved right along to fix the issue .one slab of our driveway had sunk about two inches. The process they used was totally amazing you could never tell that it had sunk.when they were done they cleaned everything up and asked if we were satisfied and we definitely were.I definitely would recommend APD.The warranty is great,the price was right and the quality of the work was excellent very professional and friendly to deal with.great company from start to finish"

"3 men arrived approx. 9 am on the morning scheduled and promptly got to work. They removed the insulation and barrier that had fallen down, stuffed it into large trash bags and loaded it into their truck.  They refastened some of our HVAC ducts,  installed replacement insulation and the new barrier, used foam insulation around all plumbing, straightened & shimmed the leveling blocks, retightened some of the anchor ties & added some new ones. They also installed a wire facing at the HVAC to keep animals out.  Our only reservation on the job is that Mike told us that he would be using 5 - 6 men, and 3 showed up completing the job in the same amount of time as he estimated.  I'm thinking we should have called & questioned the same amount charged as the original quote with fewer men used. <br />"
