Literally there was no power in the dining room, living room ,and desk area. He thoroughly investigated and tested all the outlets in the problem areas. Only one of the outlets had to be replaced since all the rest tested out fine. He did not stop there. He went on to check all my breakers and realized that one of them was in the off position. It actually tripped off ...as he explained it. That's what was causing the power to go off . The actual culprit was my portable heaters. He went onto explain that there were too many light fixtures and too many outlets on one breaker. I could tell you a lot more, but I don't think I have a lot of space left to do that. Among other things, he re-located an unsightly transformer that had been previously secured to the inside of the first shelf of a main kitchen cabinet to a lower cabinet out of sight. Voila! Then, he re-routed unsightly wiring previously clamped to the far corner of a glass display cabinet so that it was out of sight. These were difficult puzzles to solve, as the new cabinets had already been installed and there was no longer easy access. Kevin was friendly, professional, and experienced! Great job!"
