"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. "Lawrence came out on a Saturday to fix the lock on our iron gate before we left for vacation. As we suspected, the lock was shot but Lawrence was able to replace it with newer version of the exact same Yale lock! Lawrence was extremely knowledgable regarding DC codes and explained that if we rented our house, we could call back and have the lock portion replaced with a handle! Great job! "Nafi and his team did an awesome job remodelling our kitchen and replacing our hardwood floor.  He tore out our kitchen and replaced it with new cabinets, appliances, lighting, granite, backsplash, sink, faucet, flooring, and paint.  His attention to detail is remarkable and he is very good about listening and making adjustments on the fly.  He has such a keen sense of design that we didn't need to spend the extra money on a professional designer.  He helped us to select the cabinets, color, granite, backsplash and the overall design of the kitchen.  His pricing is highly competitive and I really feel that we got a great value for the work that he did.  He is neat, punctual, and got the entire job completed in about 5 weeks.   I highly recommend him for any house project, big or small.  We plan to have him remodel our bathrooms next.

"Very happy with Beiztell.  They provide a quote promptly after contact and stuck to it. They were in and out in one day to remove the old fence and replace with the hew fence.  When I arrived home I would never have known there were workers in my yard - they cleaned up so well, and didn't make a mess of the grass. The fence looks fabulous - time will tell if the wood wears well, but it is treated pine and looks good.The pool pump fence was a last minute addition to the job and they did a great job as they had to work around plumbing and electrical and slopes. During the installation they kept my husband informed and made to sure to ask questions if there were any doubts positioning, etc. Overall we are really happy with the work and with the people at Beiztell.  Everyone was professional and polite. "I was referred to Mr. Simms from a friend. Mr Simms did a great job on the rear gate. There were a few issues with timing, and the start of the work time. Mr. Simms is a one man shop so I can understand he is busy, but there should have been a bit further communication. Nevertheless, he did return my calls promptly. The quality the the rear gate, and the price were fantastic. He took his time and did it right. Based on this, I decided to let him bid on a fence that I wanted built in the front of my house. The price was significantly higher than the work for the rear gate. The end product does look nice, and to be clear these are custome built fences that Mr. Simms fabricates. But there were a few times that I had to step in to prevent corners being cut. Also, Mr. Simms did not have a generator for his welder, and I had to give him a power cord and he used my electricity. My bill this past month was $100 above what it is normally, and his welder also flipped a circuit in my house which was an inconvenience. 

Overall, Mr. Simms is a skilled welder that does have a good eye. I would use him again if the scope of the work was completely defined."
