"The appointment started off poorly . The installers were a half-hour late; however, they apologized and explained that the office was being opened in a new location that day and they had no phone or internet service. The installers immediately started work and worked diligently until they were done. The door looks very nice and they cleaned up after themselves. As far as we can tell, the door was installed properly. They explained the locking features of the door and also reviewed the installed door with us."

He 100% did what he said he would do, and when he gave us an estimate on the spot, he even installed window film over one window in advance of the job - for free - to see if we liked the tinting shade and color as well as his work, which we did. He wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and gave us a few days to decide on that, which was very much appreciated. He was several hundred dollars cheaper than a verbal estimate we got from someone else. He even walked us through how we were eligible for a 2010 tax incentive (30% of materials only) on our Federal Income tax. The warranties were direct from 3-M and were awesome.
