Dylan, the manager, stayed in contact throughout the project ensuring everything ran smoothly. The crew was friendly, courteous and hospitable. I really appreciate the fact that Home Genius takes the time out to not only provide excellent managers, but to vet their crews as well. They went above and beyond their scope of work to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the project, and that’s a rarity these days. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company.
