Told him the problem (water from one head spraying on brick siding and staining it, so wanted head moved or whatever necessary to still water areas but not spray on brick), and showed him non-working head and other areas not being covered correctly. He quickly came up with solution of cutting back on spray area so as not to hit bricks plus add a small head to water area that would then need watering. He quickly corrected sprinkling problems with other heads, replaced the non-working head, and added the new small sprinkler head so all the areas we wanted watered would be without watering the brick. He worked quickly and efficiently.  <br /> Several years ago we used to have another company do our sprinkler repairs, but they were extremely slow and didn't know a lot about the sprinklers, having to redo what they did sometimes. Plus they "rested" frequently. Their bills were always large due to the excessive time it took them. We have several brands of sprinkler heads and controller, and they weren't acquainted with some of them so had to spend time figuring them out.  <br /> Winchel Irrigation has no problem fixing all the brands of sprinklers we have nor the old controller. I am extremely pleased with their knowledge and speed of completing the tasks, then showing me what they have done (sprinklers running) to verify it's what I wanted. <br /> They are busy, so I sometimes have had to call twice to get a person to talk with. But once I talk to someone, they get me on their schedule within a couple weeks or less, if possible, perhaps because I'm an established customer. <br /> I can't recommend them more highly. <br />"

"I can't say that they didn't do a great job on the grass, because they have done a great job with the grass.  They started working on the lawn last July.  I would definitely give them an A for what they did with the grass.  The lawn, he's done a great job with.  The service on the grass was $37.74 and they did it like five or six times.  For the lawn care I would give them an A.  For price, I think they're probably right around what most people would charge.  It might be a little high.  They've really done a great job with the grass.  I would give them an A on what they did with the grass, in every way, shape, or form."

"The finished product (installation of drainage system/piping along the parameter of my basement) was done very well. However, I was told by the salesman (Bob) that the crew would remove the paneling before work commenced. I should have known that was too good to be true and questioned this but I didn't. The crew cut a foot of paneling off the bottom all the way around the basement parameter. If they didn't want to remove the paneling as promised, that's fine, I would have made arrangements to remove the paneling myself. Now I have to replace/cover all of the cut paneling, at an extra expense not anticipated (nor can I really afford). Also, at the end of day 2 the crew removed all of the protective plastic covering all of my furniture & everything in the basement, even though they had a whole entire day's worth of work still do complete the following day. They assured me that they wouldn't kick up any dust with the work that remained to be done. Totally not true. Dirt and dust all over my belongings. Plus there were a couple of little things that gave me pause (like forgetting to plug in the sump pump after they left on day 1 - the emergency alarm went off because it was going to overflow and I didn't know what was happening - I had to call a crew member on his cell phone to figure out what was going on - thank goodness I was home.) And they left a box of product in my garage that someone had to come back out to pick up a few days later. Everyone was super nice and polite, and I hate to complain about these things, but it was enough to leave me a bit disappointed."

"Sharon came recommended to me by the lawn service that cares for my son's home. She services the Lawn Professionals home, so I thought I would give her a try. She talks very quickly, but will stop or reexplain anything. My husband recently passed away, so everything was new to me, add the fact that I am handicapped, which added a whole list of other concerns and questions. She set up the system according to my needs and priorities, even taking in to consideration a possible property renovation. Sharon explained all the products, why she recommends what she does and how it is serviced and warrantied. I was immediately comfortable working with her. We also went over a couple of scenarios of lay outs to reduce the cost, and possibly add zones on later. I thought about it and later decided to go with the original layout. I sent a deposit check and got an estimated start date. Another job got postponed due to a customer that had a death in the family and Sharon asked if she and her crew could get to work sooner?! My husband has extensive landscaping with mature beds. All of this was painstakingly hand dug. Sharon discussed with me where the best access points would be through my basement and why. SHE moved the items necessary to complete the interior construction, then offered to put it back. She added another vacuum valve in the back yard. She did so many things for me and didn't charge me a penny extra. Winterization is free the first year. There is a 2 year warranty and she supplied me with heads that have a 5 year warranty. The only thing that I slightly downgraded was punctuality. She will say a time, but because she works in five counties I learned that is a window, and she calls before she comes to your home. My neighbor ran over two of my FLAGGED heads ON MY PROPERTY. Sharon put them on flexible pipe so they wouldn't snap off. When I called her today, she told me how to test the system again, and offered to come and check everything over on Monday! She and her crew had great respect for my home and told me what to expect every step of the way. Not only on the outset, but as the job progressed. I give them an A+++ <br />"

"They were okay.  They don’t do sprinkler system.  What we are doing in the past we were using two different services.  We are using Fit Turf for the chemicals that they put in the yards, fertilization and we were using another person for the sprinkler system itself.  They did my other yard last year for 2013.  She did the whole season.  The service cost I guess was probably around $300 for the whole year.  They were okay and I will give them mostly “Bs”.  Price is probably "A" because they are less expensive. You get what you paid for sometimes and paying more this year but I really think this guy knows what he is doing.  They were always on time.  If I had to call them back they did come and called if I had a problem which we did – we had like a fungus or something that we need it a couple extra treatment or trip.  They have to come out and look at it.  Everything was fine.  I think this new guys are a little bit better.  I would say yes probably if I hadn’t found the other person we will probably be using them again."
