He understood I was desperate to have the nest removed as I have two small children that play downstairs, yet he never charged me extra for the rush or for coming out on Saturday...he was a true professional..."

We stopped using them because we decided we had to watch our budget a little closer, because my wife and I are both retired and that was one of the easiest things to cancel. He did a good job. They were good. He's very punctual and did a good job. We cancelled them, but it wasn't based on their work."
