"Jason and his primary assistant, Dustin, did a complete renovation of the living area (kitchen, living, dining, laundry). Switched windows, removed a wall, added doors, completely rearranged and updated the kitchen, and turned an ugly ceiling into a focal point. Through it all, they were professional, pleasant, creative and smart. When there was a question of color or design, the collaboration was pleasant and helpful.  I would recommend them to anyone."

"Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

"called aapex to remove a hornets nest that was in a shrub that was going to be removed the next day by a landscaping company that we hired.  al smith promised that he would  come out that same day to remove the nest in time for the landscaper. He did as he promised. He not only did a great job removing the nest, but also provided an educational service for me and my wife by walking around our house pointing out what we should look for to keep pests away. Great job I would use their service again and would recommend it to others. thanks !!! <br />"

"After looking at the proposed project, Mr. Guilloz provided a detailed and accurate written estimate. Once we accepted his estimate, he gave us an estimated date for start of construction, which held up and became the actual start date. Before starting work, he laid out several schemes for the location of the accent band so that we could visualize them and then select the one we liked best. During the project, Mr. Guilloz suggested that the appearance of the backsplash edging around the window could be improved by some additional work to square up the drywall at the corner of the window sill. We agreed on the cost for this additional work on the spot and now that it is all finished, the additional amount was money well spent! He and his workers were very conscientious about maintaining a clean work site and protecting our new kitchen countertop and our floors. The project was finished on time and for the agreed price. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished project and Mr. Guilloz’s workmanship."
