"<p>My basement was an absolute disaster! I called Sweet's & they responded right away staying till around 2:30 am to make sure everything had been cleaned up & disinfected. After about a week of running fans to dry everything out, they did the restoration work in my basement which took about a week or so to complete. They told me that I could go to Lowe's & pick out new fixtures, doors, etc. The restoration work turned out nice, although the quality of the materials used were less expensive than the original building materials. (My house was built in the 1960s, so it had natural pine doors & wood moldings that were replaced with MDF.)</p> <p>Then, I got the bill! Yes, it was costly but Richard at Sweet's negotiated with the insurance adjuster and after 9 months my insurance company finally paid.</p> <p>What I most impressed with was Sweet's immediate response to an "after hours" emergency and their patience in getting paid.<br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"They coordinated it with the people who were putting in the tile, and it worked out really well. Usually they are good, but this one time I had a bad experience, they were kind of in a hurry. They deal with high quality stuff, so I am used to their price being higher. If they can't come right away, they let me know, and they are pretty good with that."

"First Call Jewell was great. I live in Boise, which is 250+ miles from my other property. I had met with another electrician on June 3rd. That electrician had told me he would get me a bid by June 11. June 11 came and the other electrician never called. I kept calling the other electrician and he kept putting me off. I had told the other electrician that I needed the work done on July 8th as I was also having an 80 ft tree cut down and the electric wires were going thru the tree, so the tree cutter wanted to do the work with the power lines down. Finally the other electrician sent me a bid for $3300. As soon as I got that bid on June 25th I called First Call Jewell from Boise, 250+ miles away and explained my situation. Tony from First Call Jewell went out to my place in Rigby the next day, called me with a quote of $2100 for same work that the other electric company had quoted me $3300. I hiredTony immediately and arranged to meet him at my place in Rigby on the 8th. A few days later Tony from First Call Jewell called and asked if it were possible to do the work on the 5th of July instead of the 8th. I said yes as we were going to be in that area night of the 3rd. So I met them out at my place on the 5th, Tony and his crew worked all day Friday, as the pole they had to take out to replace with the new pole was hard to get out. Then because the wires had to stay down until the tree cutters came, First Call Jewell met me back out at my place on Monday the 8th, along with Rocky Mtn Power, to finish up the job. They were wonderful and very efficient. <br />"
