Mike even came out to the house after my GF and I had got home from work (a massive pain-saver) and we worked through the different replacements we could get. Three days later their crew came out and installed the unit. The service techs were extremely nice, and answered all of my questions without an issue. This crack can let carbon monoxide into our home, which Andrew's carbon monitor device detected. There was not any sales pitch pressure. Just options and choices. The next morning he was installing a new furnace. We went ahead and changed out our air conditioner too. Andrew told me there was a rebate by our electric/gas company and emailed me everything I needed for rebate. He left everything spotless and just as clean as when he arrived.
