"Long on promises, short on followup. Hired Gutter Rrleaf/Roof Doctor a year ago to install guards on existing gutters. Job was completed in two days and paid in full. The next rain we noticed a serious leak that was actually made worse by the installer pounding nails into the fascia board. Called the owner and described the issue and provided him with photos. I realize there would be extra work involved and waited approx. eight months for the tech to return, only to be told he was not qualified to make the additional repairs and that someone would follow up. After waiting eleven months with repeated phone conversations and texts, finally elected to hire another roofer to correct the problem. Tim the owner is a nice guy on the phone and makes a lot of promises but the work originally performed caused additional issues, which we were willing to pay for but could not get resolved with this company."

"Needed to get some damaged vinyl siding replaced after a bad hail storm. Sam came out literally 25 minutes after my initial post on Angie's. After hearing sam say that they are here to help me and not to earn some ridiculous huge margin like the other guys, that really swayed my choice on who to go with.
