"The staff at ESP were very helpful on the phone and twice sent samples of various films. They described the differences in the product to help us in our decision. The cost to coat several older storm windows was much less than any other option that we looked at to try to reduce the heat load in our 2nd floor, west facing house. As we talked with them about the cost, were told that we could save a few hundred dollars if we could bring the windows to them. The quality of the work is good, and the work was completed when promised."

"She gave me an estimate of $60 to replace the cords. I called later and she said she hadn’t started and would get to it soon. I contacted her several times and she hasn’t responded."

"They did a great job. It was labor intensive because all our solarium pellas had interior mounted screens and also had mini blinds sandwiched between the window glasses. They did not charge extra to remove the screens and blinds. One serviceman came and worked all day and the next day he returned with help for the overhead work. What a difference! Sat directly in the sunshine next to the window without the feeling of being baked! My daughter had them tint her kitchen after feeling the difference in our solarium. Our house is a quad-level and the south bedrooms upstairs were always hot, even with central air-conditioning. Now these bedrooms are cool and comfortable. While not AS cool as downstairs, they are NOT HOT like they were before the tinting. The rooms are just right! We chose them because they tinted the Kentucky Center for the Arts so we knew they could do large windows. We are very glad we did. Great product, great service and price."

"I was able to purchase a nicer, and more expensive, stereo here than I would have been able to afford at competitive providers in the area, for a much smaller bill due to the affordable labor rates quoted to me. The service was prompt, professional, courteous and honest. The installer took extra time to demonstrate the features after the install and went above and beyond to make certain that every detail was perfect. <br /> I have not experienced such a high level of customer service in any other transactions. Not only will I return for future automotive enhancements, I will encourage all of my friends to give this company their patronage. What a great experience! <br />"
