He noticed things that needed attention, such as old ceiling tiles that needed replacing and did the work. I was especially impressed that I could rely on Rafael and his crew to be at the house doing the work, even though I was coordinating his services from another town. He communicated promptly and even sent pictures of the progress. I am thankful for his services."

"I was impressed by the workmanship on the installation itself. Though not familiar with the roofing trade, it struck me that the Beams crew did a better job than when our roof was first replaced 20 years ago.  Brad Rigney is extremely easy to work with.  As an engineer by both inclination and training, I had many questions and before and during the installation.  He always patiently and thoroughly addressed my concerns.  As expected with any project of size, there were a few glitches.  Brad was quick to respond to and rectify every issue I raised.  Product offerings, warranty coverage, and pricing were competitive.  I was thoroughly impressed that he understands the best route to continued success is both in doing a good job and in maintaining a good relationship with customers.

"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. There was an issue with it and I got a refund for it. I called them and they said they had already come when I wasn't home. They said they inspected it and I needed all this repair work. There wasn't any evidence that they had been there to inspect my roof. You would have to get up on a ladder and there was no sign they had been there. The gutters hadn't been touched. I didn't believe they had actually been there. I felt they were selling me a package that they could sell to anybody. I didn't feel like I got anything for the purchase so I got a refund for it. They didn't do what they claimed they did."

"The Redemption painters came on time as scheduled or notified me when they would be late.  They did a fine job with the work, were neat and courteous.  They worked well with my decorator, who had recommended them and who did most of the communication with them.  
There turned out to be a problem with the dining room paint, which was a dark color and a new type of paint for the company.  This problem had nothing to do with Redemption but was a problem with the paint itself.  Lance, the owner of Redemption came back and took very seriously the problem.  He worked with the paint company, had them come in and look at the performance of the paint, and eventually repainted the room at no charge to me. It was still exactly the color I wanted, but without the original problem. I really appreciated their willingness to deal with this issue, which was not their fault, in a timely way.
After the job was done I had some light fixtures changed and there were several small areas in the ceiling that needed touch up.  They came back immediately and took care of that too.
I was very pleased with their service and would use them again.  In fact I am waiting for an estimate on sealing my greenhouse, which I hope they will do for me in the near future.

"The technician was professional and did a good job in installing the ceiling lights. I do have concerns regarding a labor rate of $120. per hour per man. I am also concerned that he took time away from installing the lights to check per his form whether the main water shutoff was grounded and whether our outside electric meter had a 8ft copper ground rod. We have had a number of electricians come out over the years, including a NCM electrician, without these issues being of concern ,.or needing to be addressed To me the identified issues were extraneous to the matter at hand so he could check the boxes on his form. The ten minutes that he took to check the above issues and try to sell a no ground rod installation should have been off the clock and I should not have been charged for that time. I would do further reviews, before deciding whether I would hire again."
