"I originally called to replace 1 shower door . The estimate came out and measured the door and quoted a price .I asked him why the door broke since there was no one in the bathroom. He said it happens.When the installer came out and tried to install the door the door shattered he told me the frame was bad.but I checked the adjustment of the rollers and they were adjusted to tight to latch on the track.He kept trying to force it until the door shattered.So I let them install the new frame.and guess what my original door doesn?t fit there rollers.So I have to buy another door. This ends up costing me over 1000$ . The estimator originally said a complete replacement was 895$.So I called the company and asked to give me the price for a complete shower replacement.since that?s what I got. They said no because they made to many trips to my house. If the first installer checked the rollers problem solved and I save 600$.Finally 2nd installer good job .Would not use again "
