"We had a flat roof that was leaking very badly and we could not use the patio. So we had the roof replaced and the patio enclosed with acrylic windows. Here is the good news I had used this company before for a roof repair and had a very good experience so I had them come out for a price for this project. They suggested the acrylic windows and I am so happy we can now use the patio as an additional living space."

"The recommendation was to replace the large builder grade windows in the long term. But for the short term, they caulked both inside and outside to help seal from moisture."

"Mario re painted our house. They did a great job and we were very pleased with the job. He was a pleasure to work with."

"The quality of work is good, but they took a drawer of mine they were supposed to repair, but are refusing to return it. This has been going on for months now, and I have texts saying they do have it. They are not answering my calls, or replying my texts anymore."

"Work was done quickly and with the highest quality and craftsmanship. I would recommend this contractor to others."

"Maintenance Made Simple was a joy to hire. They were very responsive to back and forth texts and emails and worked with us to find the right time for the work to be performed. The work was done and we are very happy with the outcome. I would recommend their services to anyone needing similar work."

There were also some spots that needed stucco repaired in some places. I live out of state and they hadled this very professionally. My neighbor watch the workers and gave very positive feedback stating they were a great crew and did a great job."
