"Once the work was started it took 3-4weeks for them to complete 8windows. Only 1 guy installed all the windows. They did not meet the time frame I was promised. There were missing parts so it was not a smooth installation. The work itself was good but it was a huge inconvenience. Then the screen repair was supposed to be done in 1 day (for condo patio) and the mat timeline was also delayed and it took a few days to complete. The rubber spline came out 2 weeks after it was replaced and they had to come back to fix it. I was not pleased with this service."

"Luckily for Florida, 2025 was a quiet year from a hurricane perspective and we did not have to use the hurricane shutters through the season. Two weeks ago, when we were heading out of town for Thanksgiving holiday, noticed a misalignment in one of the shutters preventing it from on the rail. I contacted the vendor via email and got immediate response. Repair assessment was scheduled for December 3rd after our arrival. Joel Batista called on us yesterday and identified the problem right away. Joel was back this afternoon with Lewis and solved the problem in a very thorough manner.
