"I have used Vogel's twice now, both times with great results. The sales team and installation team are experienced and nice to work with. Most recently I had them replace all my flooring with engineered hardwood; not a cheap project! When it was finished, we realized that the product had serious quality issues. This was not Vogel's fault but they sprang into action when I called. Within 24 hour, the team from Vogel's showed up with the flooring distributor and the manufacturing rep. Everyone agreed that the product was flawed and Vogel's immediately offered to tear it all out and replace at no additional cost. The owner of the company even called to assure me that they'd stand behind their work. This is the kind of customer service that will keep me a customer for life. My flooring is in place now and it exceeds my expectations. Absolutely gorgeous! "

"We had the work completed about 4 weeks ago. We had number of bids obtained, Carpet to Go (through Costco) was by far the best deal for the quality of work offered. Che was our salesperson. The estimate was scheduled within a week, and Che came to our place with number of samples for hardwood and carpet and was not pushy, allowed us ample of time to make decision, and he met us again at the Bellevue showroom. Two separate teams came to do our work, one for the hardwood and one for carpet. Both were very professional and did the work sooner than we expected. Every step of the way, the Carpet To Go staff (Che and Liz) checked on us and made sure that the work was being completed to our satisfaction. I definitely would hire them again. So far, 4 weeks on, we are extremely happy with the outstanding work done."
