"Today's visit was for my annual electrical inspection on the whole house rewire Mr. Sparkey did two years ago. Smoke detecters, surge protector and numerous outlets and toggle switches check. He gave me a written evealuation; nothing pressing but things on the horizon. AND HE CLEANED MY CEILING FANS! All for a VERY reasonable $99.00."

"I needed some outdoor electrical work done, preparing for an inflatable hot tub. I was quoted within an hour and was promptly scheduled for an appoint within a day or 2. Went very well, the electrician was very professional, cordial and knowledgeable. He was able to effectively communicate to me what the issues were, how to fix, etc. He was able to help some other electrical issues as well. Would definitely recommend."

"I got different estimates to install a vinyl fence then I hired them because an enormous different did amazing job. "Landis did an awesome job on a complicated project we had replacing knob and tube wiring in our house. Their team was clearly knowledgeable about the project, provided great advice, did it in a timely fashion with minimal damage done to our walls.
