"I had gotten 3 estimates on replacing a wooden 4 rail fence surrounding my 2 acre property. Erik from Chesterfield Fencing was the last one I talked to and was very thorough on the products and procedure. Presented me with a high tech type estimate/quote. I'm impressed how the company has invested in such a beneficial program but doesn't seem to affect the cost of the job. 1st company (recommended by long time friend) estimator/owner had me hold tape measure in between an electrical storm (two houses in my area got hit by lightning in that very storm and quote was hand drawn not to mention they were the highest $!) Jacob came out to show me a sample of the aluminum fencing I had asked for when company #2 lowered the $ to meet Chesterfield. We discussed where the fencing materials come from and history of the company. As a former small business owner I respect that they are as well. Cody helped me decide on multiple situations on how to run the fence line. Cody's Red and Blue install teams exceeded my expectations!! Which confirms I chose the right company!!"

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "Service was great. Customer Service from Jonathan (co-owner) made my experience the worst!!! My info (name, address and cell) was given to a complete stranger after confirming my email TWICE. Jonathan response was, "my invoice was provided to a neighbor". Also, Jonathan admitted the system has problems. I challenged Jonathan, asking why not hold the service provider accountable or go to another provider... no response. I received my invoice with the other person email address STILL associated to my account profile. SparkleWash is aware of the system having vulnerabilities with updating customer info or cross-posting info across accounts with no fix in place. Jonathan asked, what did I want? I said, a discount or eliminate the bill. Jonathan responded, I see your color. Yes, he is White and I am an African Amercian... why is derogatory response acceptable? Jonathan also said, he had more important things going on than to deal with this. After hanging up on me, I paid my bill."

"Was given dates 6/15 - 6/19 and the work was completed by 6/17. Everything was done professionally the workers arrived by 8:30 each day and completed their days work by 5, and I am more than satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism. If I had any questions they were addressed within a reasonable amount of time. I received my quote for the work by email which was great I paid the first half of the payment up front on that same email, and when the work was complete I received an email and the remainder of the total cost was transacted on that email. I would recommend them highly!"

"The deal I purchased through Angie's list was I believe $1700(?) for a crew for a day. After looking around David realized it would be 2 days. David, Miguel and crew removed 5 or 6 large oaks, a diseased hickory, and many smaller scrubby trees. They ground stumps and cut all the wood in fireplace lengths for us to split later- as I requested. Because he didn't have to haul all the wood away or split it, I was able to have more trees taken down. The crew was fast, efficient and Miguel is amazing in the treetops. This was in 2015 and my barren shady yard is now sunny and grassy."

"I contacted N. Chasen and Son to replace our shutters. While working on the quote for the shutters via email, a wind storm tore some trim off our house, so I asked if they could include that as part of the work (as well as replacing some siding and a louver). They sent someone out the next week to check the shutter dimensions and determine what was needed for the trim, siding, and louver. They suggested repainting the louvers instead of replacing, and sent me a quote for all the work and to get it scheduled. On the scheduled date, Marcus was on time and very friendly. He walked me through everything they were going to do and explained that the shutters were on backorder and would be in later in the week, but he replaced the trim and painted one of the louvers (he needed a longer ladder for the second). He had to return a few times to finish the work, but he made sure it was all completed and the quality is fantastic. I'm very pleased with my experience with N. Chasen and Son and will definitely hire again when I have need."
