This was a big deal purchase and they did an okay job. It seems to me I called them about a week after they came because I did not see any grass coming up. I called them out to see if they had actually planted some grass. They said they had and later on the grass did come up. We were not here when they came, but when we got back the guy came and they were responsive.

"Lupe and his crew did a wonderful job on our yard. He cleared a portion of our yard from debri and stumps where we had trees removed, had topsoil delivered and spread/graded it. His team also dug trenches and installed a drain and pipe in our backyard. We used to have a muddy mess and now there are no puddles with rain. He also seeded and strawed. Great work. Communication with timing and weather is the only part you have to have patience with. It rained a lot and so the top soil couldn't be delivered. I had to call the night before the dates to confirm if they were coming versus having proactive communication. I'd hire again!"

I called another company and they gave me a quote and time and never showed up. I was really disappointed. I called Atlantic and they gave me a quote and said they could be out to my house the next day. They showed up, cut the grass, and edge it. It was done professionally. The commercial services do a great job. They have high power mowers that don't leave clippings on the lawn. Overall it was a great job."

The first time they came they did miss part of my lawn in error not knowing where the property line ended, but since then it has been explained to them they do get it all. They are very polite when they come out. I have little cleanup when they leave. They do spot seeding when necessary. After they have been out, someone from the company always calls to make sure I am satisfied with the work."
