"Bob Mancino arrived right on time and went to work on the stopped toilet.  After a few minutes he got the clog removed.  He then checked the inside and realized the water level wasn't correct (probably a factor in the clog), fixed that as well as making adjustments to make a smoother flush.  He then checked my other 2 toilets and made the same adjustments on them.   <br /> Next he fixed my kitchen faucet and stopped the water leak that occured when the water was turned on.  On to the master bath and changed the "guts" of my faucet that had just recently started to drip. <br /> In just an hour Bob unclogged a toilet, fixed all 3 toilets, and 2 faucets!  He also made recommendations on one of the toilets that will probably need to be replaced in the near future. We will definitely call him for that job. <br />"

"I highly recommend C & W Hanover Septic. My septic tank was heading to overflow because the pump was not working. I called another septic company first that was recommended to me but never received a call back. I then called C & W and spoke to Trudy who asked me a bunch of questions - none of which I really knew as I had never had a septic system before. She was very patient with me and immediately set up an appointment to have Cole pump out my system. He came (on time) and did a very through job. Since we weren't sure of the issue, Cole inspected the pump to see if it was maybe a minor issue. I appreciated his effort to try to save me some money by checking for an alternative issue other than immediately recommending for me buy a new pump. As it turned out I needed the new pump. He got with Trudy to have Billy, the installer, come out and set up the new pump to be done on the same day. All those who worked with me - Trudy, Cole, and Billy - were very professional and provided me with excellent service. As I did not know much about septic systems, they answered all of my many questions. I will definitely use them from now on and I highly recommend them!"

"My over 50 year old tile and tar paper sewer line needed replacing. A roto-rooter company had found it broken up with tree roots when I called to diagnose a sewer backup. I interviewed others but went with S.A. Toler 1/ because of their presentation and professionalism and 2/ because they could tunnel under my yard to put in the new line. I was willing to pay more to keep my yard from being dug up. The company performed the job while I was at work. They did expert work. They had to cut out part of my paved driveway to put in the sewer access from outside. Obviously, cut lines were visible in the pavement, but that was all. Even visitors remarked on what a great job they had done to replace the pavement they had had to remove. <br /> It is over 3 years later and I am as pleased with their work as the day they finished. The price is hefty, but if you are a gardener like me, they can preserve your lawn and garden and do it beautifully. <br />"
