"We had our old deck torn down and replaced with a new PVC deck. We also replaced the front porch flooring with new pressure treated decking boards. We are extremely pleased with the end result of both. We got estimates from 4 companies and went with Classic Construction because we felt very comfortable and confident with them from the first meeting. The quote by Justin, the project manager, was very detailed. He met with us on multiple occasions and drew up several plans for us to choose from. He was always patient as we struggled with picking the design and colors and his recommendations were extremely helpful. He did a good job of laying out the design and explaining things so that there were no surprises during the building phase. He’s easy to work with and was very responsive to all questions and concerns. Once the job started, Chris and Mike arrived on time every day and worked extremely hard in 100 degree weather. They continued until the job was done and there was no bouncing back and forth between our job and someone else’s. They are very skilled and take great pride in their work. The quality of their work was excellent and we’ve gotten many compliments on the finished product. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new deck and front porch. We highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects."

"We were worried about getting the windows replaced due to all the horror stories on reviews and we talked to a number of window installers. Skyline Windows was excellent from beginning to end. The price was 1/3 of the cost of Anderson and they did what they said they would do. The windows look great due to their attention to detail. They installed 1/4 trim on the inside (which they didn't have to) and it looks great. The installers were professional, left zero trash and clean windows. Our house is 10 degrees cooler and we couldn't be happier."

"<p>They did a decent job overall they didn't measure the windows correctly a first, wanted to charge me for the fill in pieces, I had to complaint. Then they came and redid the windows. There is a couple of cracks in the windows, I had to re-cement small areas, but overall they were ok. Problems started when the lock they provided for the sliding door broke. Apparently, you can't get this lock anywhere but them, it is their proprietary lock! We went to home depot, local locksmith, nobody has any idea about this lock. I called the company and told the guy that a little spring in the mechanism broke. He had no idea what I was talking about, talked about the truck that was going to deliver parts. I gave him my number, told him that I would like to lock my porch. Didn't get a call for two days. Then I called the corporate number, which is provided on the part page, but the girl had no idea. Now its on my second week nobody called me, I'll have to change the lock completely.</p> <p>These people only want to take your money initially, but really don't want to service their products. There is no parts, no technical service, nothing. If I knew, I would make them put the generic lock that I can buy parts for. </p> <p>It is obnoxious to make your own product, that you wouldn't be able to go to anyone else and not service it.</p> <p>I will never buy from them again.</p> <p><br></p>"

"We selected this company for several reasons.  The salesman/estimator, Kip, was professional, knowledgeable, and interested in what we were trying to accomplish.  He had several creative suggestions.  Additionally, we were impressed with the explanation of the quality of the deck and patio that was to be constructed.  Finally, Steve Edwards, the owner of the company, was personable, knowledgeable, and was willing to work with us on price, including some extras that we asked for as the project was underway.  As far as construction goes, the deck carpenter, Reuben, is a master at his art.  (Kip, the salesman, had told us that we would be impressed with Reuben's work ethic and craftsmanship.  He wasn't kidding.)  Reuben had an assistant to help him tear down our old deck, dig new holes, and to cart down the wood, but for all intents and purposes, Reuben built the deck himself.  It looks beautiful (the lighting suggested by Steve, the owner, worked well) and is sturdy as a fortress.  Reuben was also very polite, kept the yard in order, making sure to clean up debris and tools at the end of every day.  We were also very pleased with the patio.  The construction crew was efficient, kept the debris cleaned up, and the patio and lighting are beautiful. The only issue we had was an electrical problem after the deck and patio were built.  Powerhouse wasn't as responsive as I had expected (based on the experience with the construction).  It took a few weeks to get someone out to look at it.  (In their defense, it was at the height of the construction season).  Ultimately, they solved the problem which had nothing to do with their workmanship and everything to do with our phone/TV service being on the same cirucut as the deck lighting.  The Powerhouse electrician diagnosed and solved the problem.  Bottome - We are very satisfied with Powerhouse.  I'd recommend this company to anyone.  It's personal service and high quality craftsmanship. <br />"

"Reid and crew were amazing. Our yard was full of rocks, roots and other obstacles and they worked all day until they got it done. It took them a lot longer than they planned and it ended up being a 12 hour day for them. We will definitely use them again as other projects need to be done."
