"Adams Flooring did a fantastic job installing white oak flooring in my bedroom. Willing to service Kilmarnock and the team was on site every day at 8 am. The owner, Doug, was present and working most every day. Did everything right to assure a quality outcome - wood was delivered a week in advance to acclimate and at the completion of the project, the gloss didn’t quite match the rest of the home flooring. Full disclosure,I had requested the incorrect sheen, but Doug just added another coat and made things right. I enthusiastically recommend Adam’s Wood Flooring."

"The actual work was satisfactory and the technician was very polite. What I resented was their dishonest way of jacking up the price. I was very clear on the phone about what I wanted done and was quoted a price of $119.00. When the technician arrived he told me that his invoice only specified 1 flight of stairs and that doing both flights would raise the price to $149.00 and that adding an area meant that I lost the $20 discount for a total bill of $169.00! I argued with them and asked for a manager. After a long wait they told me that they'd listened to the tape of my initial call and that I had made myself clear. They agreed to the original price although I still lost the discount! By this time, I told them to go ahead with it. Later I looked for reviews online (which I should have done earlier) and found that the often used these tactics to inflate the price. DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They are thieves and con men!"

"Camille and his crew did excellent work on short notice. My mother and I could not be more appreciative of the railing down her front steps, second bannister on the staircase, and grab bar in the shower. These things are a HUGE upgrade in her quality of life. Personally, I'm extremely grateful Red Cedar offered to pick up the materials for me; I would not have had time to do that myself. Top quality job on all fronts. I will definitely call them again in the future!"
