"We were very pleased with the work On The Spot did cleaning our carpets and grout.   The 2 technicians arrived on time and asked questions as they were shown the areas to be cleaned.  As they worked they asked me to inspect  and make sure I was pleased.   When they finished they cleaned up after themselves and did not leave water or other messes from where the hoses ran.
 I gave the company a B for responsiveness because  I had originally requested they get in touch with me through their web site and they never did.  I then called and had to wait several hours for a return call.   I had read the good reviews on Angie's List so did not give up.
