"I contacted Elite Exterior to perform a full replacement on one of my rentals after a bad hail storm. They worked with insurance for the replacement itself but during the install the crew noticed damage to some of the wood trim under the gutters, instead of covering it up and moving on they took the time to contact me and allowed me to make a decision on replacing the wood. My insurance would not cover the replacement but everything was priced very reasonably so I was able to take care of everything. Highly professional crew. Pictures provided by crew."
