"I had a complete AC system install. The Technicians Joe and Cortez, were here 10 minutes before 6AM ready to get to work. They laid down drop cloths to protect the flooring and work area before anything was started. Very meticulous and nothing out of the ordinarily they couldn't handle. It was the motor and he went about securing one by Saturday morning. By Saturday evening, my ac unit was repaired, the motor replaced and our home began cooling down again. The motor was not a standard model and this was a holiday weekend yet they still came through for us. I cannot say enough about the response and excellent customer service that we received. "The plumber was extremely politeand tried everything to not have to cut into the wall but had to anyway. Unfortunate for me they don't do drywall repair. Plumber kept me informed every step of the way. Was not expecting to have to spend that much but the unit is warranted for 100 yrs and 5 yrs for install. My suggestion to them is hire someone to do the drywall repair and include in project price."
