"My experience has been excellent! The windows and door are beautiful and very well installed. Brandon is amazing and was prompt, professional, and did a beautiful install. He and Brian cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. Everyone at the company has been helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. My salesman mark q beat the price of 4 other quotes. I would highly recommend the window depot!"

"Had the experience of working with Bryan on a repair for my sliding door and he gave me a reasonable price and got the job done the same day. I highly recommend this company and the great customer service they provide. A++"

"Everyone was prompt, polite, and efficient. The Quality Manager set a convenient appointment for a quality review (couple of days after install). He found several minor things. He actually fixed a couple of items and had a crew out to fix the rest of the list two days later. This was a big process with 42 windows being capped or replaced."

"From sales to installation and ongoing support, this company is the real deal. Got my windows inspected last week and the inspector was very pleased with the work. I am so grateful I chose WindowWall. One suggestion I might make based on previous experience with other installs is that it would be nice to receive email alerts throughout the progression of the window order/build/scheduling. Simple ETA dates would help keep people from having to call in all the time. Many thanks, WW team!"

"17 windows installed in one day by contractors that were very professional. They worked in the cold rain and tired to not have windows open for too long."

"Best windows I could find to purchase. All the employees I dealt with were wonderful !My home is safe and sound now."

"Tyler R. and Cameron K., went above and beyond to get our 24 windows installed in 2 days. Fixing issues as the came up, to make sure the job was done right!!!!"

"Had PGT windows installed. Chris was great with helping me select which windows would work best. The crew that came out to install the windows were quick and clean. Danielle worked wonders with the inspection process. Her customer service goes above and beyond. Tyler was great at putting the finishing touches on the project. Price was fair. Everyone was easy to communicate with and was top notch from beginning to end. Highly recommend!"

"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top). The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."
