"Awesome experience based on the professionalism and timelines of the . double concrete and brick patio beautiful"

"I was extremely satisfied with the professional conduct of this job. I had carefully designed the structure of the shed. It was important that all the dimensions of the slab be met accurately and that the 6 posts be placed precisely and perfectly vertical. They were. Working with Jaime was very satisfying as we had numerous discussions about details as the job progressed. I provided some large salvage planks from the old shed that could be used to build forms, and he provided several significant suggestions to improve the end result. The slab was on a slight slope. He provided much deeper concrete on the downhill side to anchor the slab and resist underwash. He provided a large footer under each post before the main concrete pour, because the posts were going to carry the entire weight of the roof. I would not have thought to do that. This is the value of hiring an experienced contractor. The shed has been completed and the first delivery of sawdust has been made. The slabs stood up to the significant weight of the delivery truck as can be seen in my pictures."

"The work was done well overall, but I had to remove some large concrete pieces from the sloping areas around the edges. The original diggers had buried these close to the surface, which would have made landscaping impossible. This was not Jerry's fault, as they did not follow his instructions to break these up, and add them to the substrate rock under the patio base. There were delays due to the very bad weather, out of his control, but the re-scheduling needs could have been communicated better, in my opinion."

"Steve Norfolk and his crew dug down to the footing and applied the waterproof material a section at a time.  The original plan was to dig the entire area first and then apply the waterproof material all at the same time.  However daily torrential rains turned the area into a sea of mud, so he decided to do it a section at a time to minimize problems associated with the rain.  He had to break up a concrete slab (porch) for 1/2 the front, and approximately 25 feet of driveway next to the house.  Progress was slow due to the rain and mud, but Steve steadfastly pursued the completion of the job despite the setbacks.  Although justifiably discouraged by the rain and lack of progress, he exhibited a positive "can do" attitude and kept at it.  The finished product was professionally done.  Backfill and all concrete were properly completed, and grass seed applied.  Steve is a conscientious professional who knows his business and can be relied upon to do the work he says he will accomplish.  I would use him again in a heartbeat.

"Utimate Concrete did a Stamped Concrete Patio/Fire Pit for us just about a month ago and I cannot say enough great things about our experience with the company. Amazing design, communication, helping to prepare the application for the HOA, and we could not be happier with the finished product.  I would highly recommend!!!"

"Hard Worx Concrete did a great job pouring a slab in my backyard. The owner, Roger and his team were very friendly and professional."

"Capital Paving installed a new driveway for me. They did a great job! I would highly recommend them."

"They arrived promptly, did a great job on time and charged reasonable price. My garage-floor contractor asked their information when he saw the job they did. Very satisfied."

"They did an excellent job! From the owner to the workers, everyone was professional and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company."

"Called and spoke to Jim the owner. I wanted my existing metal unsecured mailbox replaced with a secure one I purchased online. Since the wood post was in good condition I wanted to keep it and just have the new one mounted on it. Jim was very professional and accommodating to my schedule. He came out promptly and did the installation of the new one quickly. He had to do some sawing and maneuvering to get it to work out but it came out perfect. And even removed the critters and birds nest that had decided to make the magazine slot beneath home. Yikes! Thanks Jim! I definitely recommend this company. 5 stars."
