"I hired MC Mark Construction, led by Marco Ayala, for a variety of home projects, and I’m truly impressed with the quality of work and professionalism from start to finish. They reinstalled 12 floor tiles in my kitchen/dining area that had been improperly installed years ago. They also replaced a broken tile, regrouted the entire area, and polished the floor. The result is stunning — the floor looks brand new! They also replaced a loose wooden plank on my deck, took care of a leaky leader hose, and scraped and painted a third-floor metal balcony railing — a tough job that required ladder access from outside. All were handled with skill and care. They also repaired and painted part of the stairwell wall. He communicates clearly, sticks to timelines, and offers fair pricing.
