"We are absolutely in love with our new shower. We hired West Shore Homes to remove our existing tub/shower combo and replace it with a new shower. The installers Jordan and Tim were very customer oriented and technically skilled. They arrived per the schedule and completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time. All while being courteous enough to answer all of our questions. The installation was very high quality, and included replacement of the existing drywall behind the shower with plywood sheets. This provided a rock solid backing for the acrylic material that we selected. Additionally, all of the components used were of stellar quality. As I indicated, we absolutely love the finished product and have no qualms about recommending West Shore Homes for this type of work."

"GBC Alexandria renovated my master bathroom. Fabian, the designer, patiently worked with me to realize my vision to enlarge the shower, increase storage, replace the soaking tub and to create a spa like feeling – while working within the limitations of a condo. Pretty much a full gut of the room. The crew that did the work, Omar and Wilmer did an excellent job and were very meticulous – clearly taking pride in their work. The project manager Selim quickly addressed any concerns I had throughout the process, and kept me informed throughout. The transformation to my master bathroom is amazing! "Scope of work in our house built in 1950’s with low ceilings and small spaces: Gut and rebuild our kitchen and two bathrooms including the Master Bath. In addition, taking down a wall between our kitchen and the dining room (to create peninsula), removing a door between kitchen and the outside patio, and bricking to close this space., installing new window in the kitchen. Comments: We discussed with several contractors our project and after thorough consideration we decided to work with DMV of Gaithersburg, Maryland. The selling point for us to select DMV was a feeling of not being pressured to sign, being truly in charge of this project (not perceived when discussing with others) AND their flexibility in the design concept. We were not disappointed with our decision. Particularly, their flexibility meant that we could make changes "on the fly" if not satisfied or had new ideas. Importantly, unless those changes meant additional costs in materials or a significant change from the scope of work, there were no additional costs of labor to make these adjustments. As an example, we changed the color of paint three times in one bathroom (after painting was completed) to get the look we wanted. No problem and no additional cost to do this! Anyone who has renovated a kitchen or bath will likely tell you that no matter how much planning you do ahead of time, it cannot fully prepare you for what the finished product in your home will look like. DMV understands this and both their patience and flexibility with the homeowner is truly commendable. They also work closely with the glass company and custom-made great looking shower cabin in one of our bathrooms and a beautiful glass panel cover for the window inside the second shower cabin. Something we’ve been told by several other companies was not possible to execute. The end-products are not only beautiful, allowing daylight in our small bathrooms (which otherwise would be dependent on electric light only), but are also very functional. It's clear, DMV knows its craft well. We were provided a detailed timeline of the entire project. This was very helpful in understanding the timing of events for planning purposes. The schedule was reasonably followed although there were occasional delays due to timing of materials being delivered or having to wait for a damaged material to be replaced by the manufacturer (at no additional cost to us). Working team was always on time, polite, working hard, clean, and conscientious of us living in our home during the renovation. Javier, Jacinto and the rest of the team were wonderful to work with. DMV used only company employees and no contractors. We absolutely love our new kitchen and both bathrooms! Thank you, DMV! If we were to renovate again, DMV would be our first choice."

"The dreaded Popcorn Ceiling Removal. A messy and not fun job, thankfully Charles Graves Painting assisted me. Definitely cannot say enough wonderful things about their company. Outstanding workmanship, conscientious, attention to detail and customer pleaser. Respected and protected my home furnishings, flooring and walls throughout the job. Finished project was beyond my initial expectations, including cleanup. In addition, they assisted me with some outside rotted trim replacement with the same workmanship as the inside. "The All Renovations team, led by Tony, did a fantastic job. The first two days had 4 people working to dismantle my bathroom, and then for the days of cutting tile, had 2 people at all times. They worked quickly, and hard, from 9am till sometimes 7pm. Master bath was done in 9 working days. This company handles labor and construction materials, while the client handle purchasing of most renovation materials like the tile, vanity, fixtures, tub, and toilet. For those who want to have direct control over the materials, and the cost, this is the way to go. I was onsite each day, and would give some direction (which they always closely followed) like how I wanted the tiles, which grout goes with which tiles, and that I wanted an additional light switch because I added a chandelier to the room. I've already decided to have the team back to construct a half bath."

"Our Nine year old deck had imploded due to poor construction, cheap materials and bad workmanship. Two Brothers Handyman had done previous work for us on another project and were available to replace the old deck. Ruben has a quality and extremely talented workforce. Demolition took little time and they took their time shoring up and replacing the deck footers. Workmanship was excellent and every detail was taken into consideration. We are extremely happy with our deck. Our neighbors are envious...the new deck compliments our backyard."

"We had Waterstone Kitchen and Bath actually do two different jobs for us because we were so happy with the work that was performed. The first was a complete remodel of our kitchen. We interviewed 5 different contractors and selected Jeff because of his close attention to detail, his eye for design, and because he was very cost competitive. Folks talk about horror stories when it comes to their remodels, but the work that was done was within 3-days of his estimated duration. He left the state of our house in even cleaner condition than when he started and he was very respectful of the fact that we had young children in the house and made sure everything was clean at the end of every day.We asked him to come back this past summer to re-do our bathroom, which he again did on-time, under budget and with impeccable results. <br /> Without a doubt I will use Jeff for future work and highly recommend him.  Please feel free to reach out to me for questions or pictures!"
