"Excellent work. The person who assisted us was gruff and no-nonsense, but professional. He asked that we send a photo of the window, which we did. He then came out and measured the window. He came back a couple of days later, and completed the work. The window looks fantastic, and we are very pleased with his work."

"They were able to expedite my service, which I appreciated. But they did not protect my floors or furniture during the removal of the broken glass. When they pulled out the broken window the left shards of glass all over the couch, floor and planter bed outside with no attempt to clean up after themselves."

"Dave and his team have been phenomenal in terms of keep me up to date about the progress of the repairs. He and his team are willing to inspect the wall over even night hours, holidays and weekends checking out and follow up any unexpected subsequent issues arise after the initial work. The issues were unforeseen by Dave and his team. Dave and his team worked tirelessly and came out with a unique and creative solution to permanently fix the issues. The Company did not even charge for the additional work. I just cannot thank you enough Dave and his team for professionalism and customer dedication and that I am extremely with the experience."

"I am very fussy and frequently critical, yet I have only the best things to say about Unicorp window replacement. The owner came to my home - on time - to explain all the options and costs for replacing my windows. It didn't feel like a sales pitch, but more like a discussion of what was best for my home. Unicorp is a local company and makes their own windows, so I knew if there was a problem, there would be someone nearby to call. My windows were installed on time and the crew was very professional. They are very hard workers; they didn't even take a lunch break. I was assured that my new windows would not let the cold air in, as my old windows did. I'll have to wait for winter to test this out, but I have confidence that since these windows were custom-made for me, they fit more tightly. It has been a pleasure to find a local company that has an excellent product, is honest, and reasonably priced."

"Fantastic experience with JS Jackson! They did 2 projects for us - window replacement (6 windows for a townhouse) and cut and install new kitchen window. The leads on each project were very knowledgeable and great at explaining the process, answering questions, and advising on the best products for quality, budget, design, and function. Workers were friendly and professional. The office staff is very responsive at handling scheduling, permits, invoices, etc. It’s been several months and the windows are clearly properly installed, well-sealed, no leakage, and outside framing looks flawless. Would hire again!"

"We have had NovaExteriors replace all our gutters, windows, sliding doors and front door over the last several years from the contractor grade products that the town house was built with. We have been very pleased with everything. They installed our steel front door about 10 years ago and we started to have issues with the deadbolt not aligning with the door jam and the rubber sweep wearing out over time. I contacted NovaExteriors, made my appointment and they arrived right on time and performed the needed maintenance that was required. The door is back to being perfect. Once again, we were very pleased with NovaExteriors, their prompt arrival and the quality of work. You can't go wrong with NovaExteriors."

"We needed the repair of ceiling and corner. This was not an easy fix. Mike did a great job. Would hire him again."
