When I offered to postpone for a number of months (I was not in a great hurry to get the job done - it was a cosmetic issue), he declined saying that he would be in Florida at that time. He recommended that I contact Angie's List for a full refund. I appreciated his letting me know right away (our scheduled work date was for 3 - 4 weeks away) so that I could find someone else. I want to state that I feel uncomfortable providing any type of rating as he could not do the job, but was required to do so.
