They had to do a lot of demolition and carting out of old materials before they could install the new showers. The work was completed in 3 days and they put in long days. In one shower it was discovered that part of the wall was rotted. They replaced this for us and we were not charged any extra. The results are beautiful."

"We needed our sewer line replaced. The estimate we received from the company we had been using was astronomically high. I called a few places and Pipedex promptly returned my call. They came out the day after Christmas, when their office was still closed for the holidays. My husband is in a wheelchair, so digging up our floors was not an option. They were able to reroute the sewer line and replace all our plumbing for 1/3 the price of our old corporate plumbing company. Aleks, Serge, Junior, Dalton and Ivan are masters at what they do. "A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."

"Bath fitter's installers were excellent, unfortunately they could not install one of the tubs due to space. My only complaint is that the bath tub was remeasured and it "wasn't worth BathFitters time and money to customize the tub", as I was told, which was fine with me but there was not paperwork done for the refund of the deposit, which I was assured would happen. I called today to learn a refund was never submitted. Just wanted to make sure the people who measure and sale the product understand if it does not work for installation but the return of the deposit is very important to the customer. I have had three bathrooms now replaced by Bath fitters and this is I was disappointed in their sales team. I should have been told when the measurements were taken by the sales person the first time, the tub would not fit."

"We are very pleased with our experience with this company. They did a wonderful job installing new floors in our home. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable, always willing to guide customer towards the right direction. When we started shopping for wood floors, we did not know what we wanted. We researched online to see the difference between the type of wood floors and visited different stores. What I liked about Martinez was that the owner took the time to explain us in detail the difference between engineered and solid hardwood floors, gave us the space to deliberate which one we wanted, and didn't push for the sale. We ended up choosing a solid oak floor. Beautiful material and for a great price. It took about a week to get the wood and then acclimate it for a another week, I think. When it was ready, they began the installation, which included a staircase as well. They are very honest and respectful people. You can talk to the owner about your worries and we would answer you as soon as I can. They started installing the floor and worked fast, clean, and organized. When it comes to payment, they required a deposit to buy all the materials, (wood has to be paid in total) to order it, and when they are finished, you revise and approve the job to pay the rest. We are very meticulous when it comes to everything, I can recommend this company. The floors turned out beautiful, after the installation we decided to stain it to change the color, great decision. Oh boy our wood floors look amazing. I am rating this company 5 stars because there's no 10. Highly recommended folks"
