"The hot water heater that went bad was in the attic and it was my preference to install the new one in the attic. Other plumbers said it couldn't be done because of new heater diameters. J-T rep James said he could find a heater that would fit and did it. It took a few days to schedule it but when the day came the install went perfectly. They cleaned up the job site when done to the point that you would never know they had been there, except that I now have hot water."
