All in all they are professionals and will tell you what's best so you don't have to research everything and explain pros&cons. The communication is stellar - accessible by phone/email and will show up when asked, with clear updates on progress and next steps. The final bill was exactly per quote - because they SAVED ME MONEY, and then I got to invest in quality parts/projects.
