The work was done incredibly fast, with multiple teams working at the same time (electricians on one floor, plumbers downstairs, and paint and flooring done in parallel). All in all they are professionals and will tell you what's best so you don't have to research everything and explain pros&cons. The communication is stellar - accessible by phone/email and will show up when asked, with clear updates on progress and next steps. The final bill was exactly per quote - because they SAVED ME MONEY, and then I got to invest in quality parts/projects. After the project was done, they were responsive and came out same day for follow-ups and little touch-ups. These guys have been doing this for a long time and it shows. "We had a rough start, reflected in my original review that I'm updating now. 6 weeks after giving them a 33% deposit, we still hadn't gotten a start date or even a date for a date. After several escalations we finally got a start date. The demolition crew showed up promptly on that day, and were very capable and professional in the way they took down the old porch and poured the concrete piers for the new one. Then a couple of days later the materials were delivered -- good looking lumber, looked good enough to make furniture out of. Then a couple of days later the carpenters showed up and they did a really good job. The new porch looks beautiful. I would hire them again in spite of the rough start."
