"Cesar came to estimate on the day I called. Two weeks later on the agreed date they showed up on time. The crew was very polite and professional. They did everything asked of them with great attention to detail. The dust was minimal from the sanding because they used professional equipment. Before they left every day they did an excellent job of cleaning. I would highly recommend this company for any flooring job. They also do major remodeling and I would recommend them for that too based upon the job they did on my floors. I’m impressed and happy with the job!!!"

"Not completely satisfied with work. Floor tile was uneven and MPT did not agree with my opinion."

"The kitchen cabinets are great quality and for a fair price. We've upgraded 10+ condo units kitchen cabinets and will continue using Kitchen and Bath Cabinet Center."

"Marc was great as far as communication, responsiveness, and making suggestions. Mike, who was the one who worked on the renovations, did a great job on our cabinets, repairing numerous holes in our dry wall, painting, installing lights and appliances, and generally making sure we got what we wanted! Highly recommend!"

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. Do yourself a favor and for your next major home remodel/renovation work with Angelo and A.P. Builder!"

"These brothers and their crew did an outstanding job remodeling our basement with new flooring, cabinets, doors, walls, cabinets and fresh paint. The place looks super polished with no details missed. I was most impressed with their communication throughout and enjoyed working with them. They are well intentioned people that want to do good work and please the customer. I would recommend to anyone looking for a home or office renovation contractor."

"Great work. They are wonderful at what they do"

"We hired this builder for a renovation of our home and were extremely happy with the experience. They were knowledgeable, dependable, and easy to communicate with throughout the project. The workmanship was excellent, and we really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took with our home. Everything came together beautifully, and the finished space was exactly what we had hoped for. I would absolutely recommend them for a home renovation."

"Recently had our fireplace refinished by cosmic remodeling! Could have picked a better company to do it! They were very professional, and had answers to all our questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to refinish their fireplace!"

"Tim and his crew were amazing to work with. Tim's approach was to have us very involved from the start. He believes in a collaborative approach. Tim had previously built a family room addition for us, so it only seemed natural to contact him for our next project. We had our kitchen remodeled and our basement. The craftsmanship was better than expected. The crews were ALWAYS onsite when they were scheduled. Tim was very communicative and we were very pleased with the outcome. We would DEFINITELY recommend Creative Building Solutions to anyone."
