"We had a really great experience with Coastal Structural Solutions. From the beginning they were very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything about the crawlspace waterproofing/encapsulation so we understood exactly what was being done. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and did a really clean, thorough job. You can tell they care about the quality of their work and making sure the customer is happy. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing foundation or crawlspace work."

"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"Everything was going great at the start of the project with the demo of the old deck in March 2016. However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap. It was unusable, we asked him to repair which he did, and they did a great job of fixing and re-staining the deck boards."

"JohnCo showed up promptly every day. They were very respectful, kept the areas clean and picked up when they were done for the day. The work was great and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely hire again."

"Excellent work and was very respectful and professional. Had lots of knowledge about garage doors. Also was great on price. Nobody in town had prices like this company does. I would recommend dockside doors to anyone needing garage door needs. Thank you sir and god bless"

"Jesse has done several jobs for me ranging from putting tile in a foyer, two bedrooms painted and tiled, shower tear down and build, and tile in a kitchen backsplash. The work was performed in a timely fashion and for a far price."

"I recently had the pleasure of hiring Hollan to build a custom outdoor bench for my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Hollan was not only professional and courteous throughout the entire process, but also extremely talented and skilled in his craft. From the initial design consultation to the final installation, Hollan was able to bring my vision to life with precision and attention to detail. The quality of his workmanship is truly top-notch, and the bench he built is not only beautiful to look at but also sturdy and durable. Hollan went above and beyond to ensure that the bench was completed on schedule and within budget, and his communication was excellent every step of the way. I was impressed by his problem-solving abilities and creative solutions to any challenges that arose during the construction process. Overall, I highly recommend Hollan for any outdoor furniture building project. His expertise, professionalism, and dedication to his craft are truly unmatched, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him. Thank you Hollan for creating a beautiful and functional addition to my outdoor space!"

"We booked construction for a realistic time frame, they asked to move it up and we agreed but they ended up overbooking and we moved back to the originally scheduled date.  To their defense we had 4 days of rain which messed up their schedule - that was the only "glitch'.
The crew of 5 arrived at 9:30am and by 8pm we had a 240 square foot shed with 3 windows, french doors, a single-entry door and a loft.  I've never seen more attention to detail or measuring - especially for a shed.  These guys acted like they were building a house.  They also added a ridge vent and put architectural shingles on the roof to match my house.
They were low-maintenance, extremely polite and cleaned the entire site before they left.
Oh and that decorative window - the level of detail one of the crew put into installing that (Wes?) was like a cosmetic surgeon.
These guys run a business that I want to support, they're local, they're smart and they are REALLY good at what they do.
By the way, our "drawing" of how we wanted the shed to look was awful and these guys took our vision and made it better than we imagined.  They didn't have a photo to go on, just words and ideas that they brought it to life.
