"Replacement of 11x12' carpeting. Ed picked up the materials from Home Depot, then removed/hauled away old carpet and padding, and installed new of both. He also re-stretched an area in the hallway that had become loose from repeated shampooing (dog accidents). He swept after removal and vacuumed after installation, and also took the carpet remnant down to the basement for me. I hired him for this after he did a good job with another carpet's repair (burn holes), and intend to use him again in the coming weeks to remove/replace carpet in another room. (Couldn't do them both at the same time -- too much furniture, too little storage space.) He's prompt, friendly, and responds very well to web messages and phone calls."

"If you have to deal with management, I wish you luck because this has been a horrible experience. The tech forgot his pump spray bottle sitting on the hardwood in our foyer. The bottle had a slow leak and damaged the hardwood (see pics). This happened on December 15th, 2025 and still have no resolution. I have called, I have a 36 text message thread with Doug the owner and we have swapped 18 emails. He acknowledged they were at fault but has done nothing to repair the floor and it?s been 2 months. He will not return my phone calls, answer texts or emails and the cost of the repair was only $560. I highly recommend you find a more reputable company for your carpet cleaning needs."
