"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"Yes! You can believe what their commercials say "a new walk-in shower installed in just one day". Honestly, they did not pay us to say it either. We took the leap and decided to take out an old whirlpool garden tub and replace it with a walk-in shower. We did our research and West Shore Homes in Lexington was the best value and product for the money. They stand behind the workmanship and quality of their products. Payments options were many and easy. Sure we could have DIY but with an older home who knows what you would find and who needs the headache of unreliable sub-contractors and a botched job. Our installation team (Brad, Sam and Jacob) were on time, efficient, courteous and professional every step of the remodel process. They even cleaned up before they left! West Shore Homes in Lexington knows their stuff! We are so happy with with our new walk-in shower."

My bathroom had to be gutted from the ceiling to the floor, and I wanted to go from a shower/tub combo with a closet, to a walk-in shower with a half wall, pedestal bathtub and 5 foot vanity - all in a 8' x 6.5' space. Brian was amazingly innovative when faced with a challenge, and believe me, with such a tight fit, there were many, many challenges! I don't know if we share the same taste or if he's just that intuitive, but he created exactly what I envisioned. I now have a bathroom that would look at home in any Indian Hill mansion - my only regret is that I didn't take his advise to install a pocket door. "Ken was the first plumber that gave us a reasonable price to install a shower tower. We didn't want to pay for a maintenance membership or to pay for someone's vacation house, we just wanted a simple plumbing matter taken care of. Ken was exceptional. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the procedure. We will definitely call Ken in the future for our plumbing needs. He also noticed that our pressure relief tank, for the hot water heater, was hanging low and had water inside it. It needed to be replaced and he was able to do that job too. Highly recommend!"
