"It was very quick and the fence looks amazing. They know that they are doing - the yard is really hilly and challenging and it came out great aesthetically. The customer service was not very helpful in that regard, we called and asked if they knew anyone that could help stop the leak and/or repair the line and they were very defensive about it not being their responsibility, and that we were on our own. Not really nice, and I never expected them to pay for it, was just looking for some advice. We found someone from our propane company to fix it. They guys in the field were fantastic, and even dug the trench for the repaired gas line since they felt bad about hitting it."
