"Having contacted 4!!! other contractors to diagnose the cause of peeling paint on an inside window frame (all of whom said it was NOT water intrusion) I reached out to Fran White. Upon his inspection, MAJOR water damage to the surrounding building materials was discovered. The siding was removed, all the water damaged building materials replaced, window flashing properly installed, and the area made water-tight. The repair took 4 days to complete ( to solve a problem which others told me did not exist!). Francis X. White Builders was a wonderful company to deal with and I definitely plan to use them for all future jobs in my home."

"BelMax did several projects for me including two major projects; (1) remodeling a basement bathroom with the addition of a shower and adding a second-floor addition to the house which became a walk-in closet. BelMax worked with an architect to get a solid design, pulled the permits, completed the work, and got the work approved. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Throughout the job, the crew wore masks and shoe coverings when they worked inside, which I appreciated. They were also very clear about what was budgeted for each minor project so that later when we changed some of the requirements, we were able to work together to figure out the change in cost. Please note that some of the changes in scope were required. For example, after prior to the work stating, the architect said that we had to add another bedroom window to the house to meet city code. I recommend them and would consider them for work at my house in the future."
