"We?ve been loyal customers for years, but this company has completely fallen apart. It took four separate visits to fix a dishwasher issue, and thanks to the technician?s incompetence, she not only failed to fix it but also broke and lost parts in the process. My wife and I emailed Mr. Appliance twice?zero response. When we finally spoke with Barron, his ?solution? was a pathetic $20 discount and a suggestion to take our business elsewhere. What an absolute insult. This company is a disgrace. Their technicians are untrained, their customer service is nonexistent, and they have no accountability.
