"We have been helped by Dustin and his team and Quality Appliance several times. He fixed our home dishwasher when the main control board failed, fixed a double oven at our church and yesterday fixed our home refrigerator /freezer. Each time the service has been outstanding, reasonably priced and done by knowledgeable professionals.Dustin himself did most of the work on the earlier calls. Yesterday Brett fixed our refrigerator/freezer. He did an outstanding job and worked tirelessly to make sure it was working perfectly by the tie he left at 9:30p. His work was exemplary and the care he took in doing it and explaining it to me is very much appreciated. I cant say enough nice things about this team's outstanding service. Thank you all!"

"Had an issue with one of our double ovens not heating sufficiently. Used HomeAdvisor to get bids on the job, these guys were the only ones that reached out. Fortunately, they were well rated. I got a call within about 15 minutes or searching for providers. They had a tech out the next day to diagnose the problem; two days later, they were back out again to fix it. The techs are knowledgeable about appliances and our issue was resolved in the same week we called for help. Overall i am happy with the service. Some feedback for American Air-Customs, Inc.: I asked the tech to call me with the cost of the replacement part before coming out to perform the repair, I did not receive this call. When he showed up to repair the oven, he had the part in hand. Fortunately we wound up not needing it at all, but that could have turned into a very uncomfortable conversation. I also did not receive a phone call from the tech or dispatch with a date or time window for when they showed up to fix the problem (after the initial diagnosis). Luckily we were home and my wife was available to answer the door while i was on a work call."

"Overall I had a pretty good experience with the repair man David. He told me it would be $543 to replace the motor in my dryer. I ended up paying $559. I didn’t like that he didn’t make me aware that it was slightly more. He was professional. Labor fees were $200. He took about an hour to do the repair. It would have been more cost efficient to have just purchased a new one, but we didn’t want the hassle of purchasing a new set and removing the old set since Samsung discontinued our model. A 90 day warranty comes with the repair. "

I've used this family owned company for well over 10 years. the owner and / or one of his sons comes out on all calls. they have serviced my cooktop, washer, dryer, refrigerator, etc over the years. they are ALWAYS prompt, professional, courteous, and above all ekse HONEST! repairs are done the same day in most cases. of my cost to repair is exorbitant h*** tell me before we start. he recommended a specific brand on my next purchase of a washer. i took his advise and haven't seen him in years. :) today was work on a refrigerator in a new home. 2hrs of work, very reasonable priced. i just can't say enough about this company. as a mom, honesty and reliability are paramount. a 2 hr appointnent window is scheduled and they always arrive on time!!!!"
