"From my first phone call to Mid Michigan Tree Trimming Services, (810) 837-3588, to inquire about getting our backyard trees trimmed, till the day they came and completed the work, we had nothing but professionalism from this company. They came the very next day after my call and spoke with us about what we wanted done to open the view in our backyard, which is on the river. The two gentlemen went step by step with us as we pointed out what we wanted removed. They gave us a quote and two days later we enlisted them for the job. Within the week, a crew of three professional tree trimmers arrived to do the trimming and removable of the large tree limbs, shrubs and leftover logs from one of our own projects. Their “tree climber” (which many companies no longer have. Most companies now want to use the high/low machines which would have been impossible in our precariously shaped backyard, on the hillside.) Jake, their climber, knew exactly how to get up into our tall trees and trim the overhanging branches. His safety equipment was impressive. It was amazing to see how they worked together to complete the job and open the view in our backyard. Without a doubt, if we ever need anymore tree work, we know exactly who we will call. "I got 3 quotes for work that needed to be done on the exterior of my home and took the middle quote. The company that was doing the job was doing a horrible job. New Star Construction was doing some other work in my neighborhood and they came to look at the job. I ended up having them come and fix the bad work from the previous company and I couldn't be happier. They did a great job and are such great people to work with. They are still calling me to follow up to make sure everything is ok."

"The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.
