Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. "Concrete driveway leveling and crack repair work was performed to our satisfaction, by a 2 man crew, who arrived promptly at 8 am and completed the repairs in less than 4 hours. <br /> The work was expertly done. Almost half of the driveway had settled with resultant cracks and joint movement, caused by water intrusion into the substrate below the slab.  The slab has now been raised back up to level by drilling small holes in the slab and filling below with light weight dense foam, pressure injected. Upon completion of the leveling process, all the crack joints were filled with sand cement topped off with a flowable epoxy, thus sealing the joints. <br /> Observing the work as it was done, I was impressed by the skill level shown and, especially, the judgement of how much injection can be done without causing further cracking to occur due to over filling, or uneven filling. <br /> It is important for potential customers to know that this is repair work.  The intent is to make the driveway completely functional and safe. "When i was in the basement doing laundry one day I noticed a sulfer smell and instantly thought gas leak. I called Tiffin Deluxe Services and had them come out to look. They diagnosed that the smell was coming from my water heater and that I needed a new water heater. They came out the next day and installed the new water heater. When I got home from work I went down to see the completed work. First thing I noticed was a strong sulfer smell. I called them back up and they told me it would be a day or two before the smell would disappear. Five days later I called them back because the smell persisted. They came back out and removed an anode rod and told me the smell would go away. Three days later I called them back because the smell was still there. They came back out and removed the other anod rod. Again, this did not help. They ended up coming out to my house five different times. I ended up calling the septic company and they diagnosed the problem as having to do with my septic. They fixed the problem and my basement smells great now. Although Tiffin Deluxe Services mis-diagnosed my problem from the beginning and it may be questionable whether or not I needed a new water heater. They were extremely professional each time they came out. They only charged me for the water heater and no service charges for the five times they came out to my house. I would definitely use them again, but question the diagnosis next time. <br />"

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"
