My frustration with TruGreen came from dealing with them around billing issues. On more than one occasion, I thought a matter resolved, just to have to call back and go through the full explanation again. At one point, I had halted service, telling them I would not continue with their service until the billing current billing issues were resolved ... and someone came out to my house just a few days later. Since they frequently provide service even when residents aren't home, I was billed for THAT service, until I initiated ANOTHER dispute. ....The lawn care service itself has been quite good, so we have continued with the company while we watch to see if the billing issues resolve."

They were great, very thoughtful about spacing, symmetry and how the fixtures placement looked In the design. "Contacted Tru Cut and they gave me an estimate within 24hrs.  As I requested (hoping more leaves would fall), they waited one week to do the work.  We have a steep driveway with water run-off "ditches" on either side that go behind the garage and down to the lake.  They cleaned the ditches, our driveway/parking pad, and the back yard.  The job was excellent.  Will definitely hire them again. <br />"
