"I was thoroughly impressed with Michael's prompt response and follow-up communications, even after I initially contacted him. A quick date and time was set up to meet at the house and, prior to his arrival, Michael even called to let me know that he was on his way and in how many minutes he would arrive. I appreciated this information because it allowed me to run errands AND be at my daughter's house while Michael was still there. I was also pleased that Michael showed me, as well as explained, what the issues were and provided options and recommendations.
