"I called their office number from the 2025 El Paso County Colorado Five Star Rated businesses. I told the person on the phone my washing machine issue and received an appointment the same day, four hours later. The service technician was Jeremy Burnett. He texted me a photo of himself in front of his Mr. Appliance vehicle, so I would know it was him. After arriving, within fifteen minutes, he found out exactly what the issue was. To me, that's fast. Jeremy was very professional, told me what the issue was and friendly in his demeanor. I really appreciate that type of service. If i have another issue, I would call Mr. Appliance again and ask for Jeremy."

"Trent made contact very quickly to schedule the repair. He already had anticipated the issue and picked it up beforehand. Came on the time promised. Wish the warranty was longer."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"My washer was leaking, and my dryer took 2 cycles to dry. The ProServ expert was great. Took his time to evaluate the issue, and gave me multiple options. I felt that not only did he know his stuff, but that he was honest, and trying to do the best for me. Great job!"

"Checked all my faucets and replaced a washer causing a drip in the faucet."

"He is very responsible, he follows up, any problems you have with quality he will come back and repair anything, and his customer service is just outstanding."

"I ordered the service on 10/11, and was prompted to indicate two dates for possible service. I did so, and expected to hear something. Hearing nothing at all, I called on 10/17 and left a message. I missed a return call later that evening. On 10/18, I called again, leaving a message again that included possible service times. I never received a return call after the 18th. Since then I have cleaned my own drain and do not need the service. I remain faithful to Angie's List and will continue to be your customer."
