"FOUNDER'S RENOVATIONS -- A FAIR PRICE FOR EXCELLENT WORK I contracted with Founder's Renovations to finish the two unfinished walls of my third garage bay, where I had recently installed a golf simulator. The job included insulation, drywall, new electrical lines, and installing a mini split heat pump. The owner, Thomas Williams, was professional, efficient, and friendly. He listened to me, made suggestions, and after we agreed on a plan, he delivered excellent work in a timely fashion. The proposal was fair, invoices were detailed, and there were no surprises at the end. Thomas communicated clearly throughout and it was a genuine pleasure to work with him. In short, I highly recommend Founder's Renovations and Thomas Williams."

Horrible customer service (rude, disrespectful, talked down, pushy), numerous if NO project management, would not listen and had to push to have concerns addressed, numerous damages to home and landscaping that was a result of not listening and no prep work, company refused to fix these damages (I had to fix on my own), extreme delay with finishing, they stopped communicating, I continue to find nails/screws in my landscaping, ABSOLUTE horrible concrete work. This project was over $20,000 and I believe overpriced. This was a recent 2020 job. I would NOT recommend this company at all! I still have not received any warranty information; have had to contact the product company directly. I made ALL my payments on time and they refused/failed to finish the job due to their mismanagement of the project. I would request specific things and then come home and find the opposite done."
