I got a call later in the day that there had been a cancellation - I was sent a picture of Greg who would be coming to our home to complete the service. Greg was so great, he explained everything that he was doing, and he knew what the problem before looking at the dryer (it was apparently a common issue with Samsung He dryers). We could not have asked for a better experience with an appliance repair company from beginning to end. He was here for an hour, completed the repair and even vacuumed out the interior of the machine where dust and lint can build up. Our dryer now sounds better and works better than it has in 4 years. I would call them back at anytime, you can't find professionals like this today..."

I missed a return call later that evening. On 10/18, I called again, leaving a message again that included possible service times. I never received a return call after the 18th. Since then I have cleaned my own drain and do not need the service. I remain faithful to Angie's List and will continue to be your customer."
